IICRC Training and Certification

The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) certifies and sets the standards for the cleaning and restoration industries. Our professionals study IICRC standards and best practices in water restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and other cleaning and restoration courses. Each technician takes courses throughout the year to make sure the certification are up to date.

Employee Certification Training

Our company also offers Employee Certification Training that is voluntary, which is a self-paced program designed for SERVPRO franchise employees. These programs are useful towards new hires, so they can get brush up on certain restoration topics if they are unfamiliar with the subject matter.

The entire staff has access and can utilize our web-based training programs. These programs are designed to be ongoing for our employees out in the field and in the office. Each course is then followed by a knowledge test at the end of every module. All of this keep our staff up to speed on the industry standards.
