The entire crew was wonderful!

I wanted to reiterate that Matt has been outstanding. He was very thorough and helpful during the course of the remediation work. This mini-disaster is the last thing we thought could happen to our house, where we have been staying for almost 40 years. Matt allayed all our fears through his work and kept us informed throughout the process.

It's very rare that I give "Straight A's", so to speak, for services. I would happily give Matt and SERVPRO perfect scores. I will also make sure to post similarly positive comments on social media sites.

SERVPRO came to my house in the middle of the night to board up and secure my home after the fire. Very much appreciated for what you did.

SERVPRO did the remediation job for less than half of what another company quoted me. My plumber recommended I call them because they were honest. They were honest and very nice and the crew that worked here was excellent. Thanks to Jay and Mike.

We had a small fire in our store. They had extra people there to help me stay open and get things cleaned up. The crew was great and worked very late on a Saturday and Sunday when we were closed. By Monday morning I was running again. It's a good company and they did a very good job.

Tony from SERVPRO was very helpful in assisting me with the DPW after a bad sewer back-up. The crew was very thorough and polite. Nice people.

It was a disgusting sewer backup that was all over my basement and SERVPRO did a very nice job cleaning up and getting rid of the smell.
