The first look at this Park Ridge commercial property shows a great deal of charred debris strewn throughout the room. SERVPRO technicians found the ceiling and cinderblock walls to be mostly undamaged by the flames but needed heavy smoke damage remediation. There were a number of appliances and boxes in the vicinity. The technicians can arrange for an outside expert to examine the washers and dryer to ensure they have not been damaged by the heat of the fire and are safe for reuse.
