Frozen Pipe in Elmwood Park, NJ

A business in New Jersey suffered a water loss from a frozen pipe on the 2nd floor. The after picture was taken 4 days later. The greatest concern when dealing with these commercial losses is "down time." How long will my business be closed? We always strive to minimize that down time. Our crews were called in after hours and worked until after 1 AM to remove what was wet and damaged and to start the drying process as soon as possible. The photo shows this business ready for rebuild after day 4. Because we were able to dry the walls without demo, they were able to complete the repairs in less than six days. What they had anticipated was being closed for 30 days, what resulted was being closed a total of 11 days.
