Bergenfield Busted Pipe Causes Big Problem in Kitchen

This Bergenfield kitchen had a pipe leak that caused water damage in the walls and ceiling area. SERVPRO technicians removed the items from the cabinets and used their moisture detection equipment to trace the path of the water inside the walls. They found significant amounts of moisture within the walls and behind the cabinets which also needed a controlled demo to carefully remove to open up the wall cavities for complete drying. The stove and sink remained in place, however, the drawers in the floor-mounted cabinets needed taking out for drying purposes. Once the needed structural demo happened, the techs set up their drying equipment to dry the exposed framework and prepare the room for the needed repairs.
