Haworth Bathroom Leak Gets Fast Cleanup

Water damage appeared in this Haworth bathroom. SERVPRO technicians found elevated moisture behind the floor molding tiles and they required removal behind the toilet and sink area to dry. The technicians undergo extensive training for restoring properties from water loss and they attempt to limit the amount of demo needed for drying. Fortunately, in this case, the sheetrock did not wick too much water and removal was not required. Whenever possible, the techs clean removed items for reuse saving the homeowner the cost of replacement. The After Photo shows the bathroom after drying before the re-installation of the cleaned molding tile to make the loss to this bathroom, “Like it never even happened.”
