Closter Basement with Water Damage Gets Fast Extraction
A finished basement in Closter had water damage from a water heater failure that encompassed much of the floor. The area directly in front of the closet received heavy moisture exposure with seepage and the floorboards required removal to ensure the substrate dried. The technicians use both manual tools such as mops as well as their advanced extraction equipment to remove the water efficiently and completely. Once water removal completes, they move on to the drying phase, frequently using floor mats on this type of flooring. As seen in the After Photo, the removed floorboards lay across the now dried floor with their adhesive side up for potential cleaning and reuse.
